We want you to be thrilled with your items!
If you are not satisfied, please email us WITHIN 15 DAYS OF DELIVERY via hello@alyandjoshua.com or use the contact form on the website. We will arrange a store/website credit or exchange within 24 hours.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since time of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. LINGERIE AND BODY PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and have tags attached.
